Tapes: High Temperature related categories

590-1 Kapton Tape
High temperature tape for use in high voltage/high temperature electrical assemblies.
Also used as a high temperature masking tape for gold finger contacts during wave soldering.
The tape also offers excellent dimensional stability and low moisture absorption.
2964 Fiberglass Cloth
High temperature non-adhesive fiberglass cloth.
Excellent heat insulator.
Isolates high temperature zones.
Used to wrap high temperature pipes to prevent burns from contact
4321 DC Kapton Tape
High temperature tape for use in high voltage/high temperature electrical assemblies.
The tape also offers excellent dimensional stability and low moisture absorption.
Adhesive will thermoset after 4 hours at 400°F.
6085-10 PTFE/Fiberglass Cloth Tape
High temperature fiberglass cloth tape coated with a layer of PTFE.
Used as a heat resistant backing in heat and RFI sealers.
Melted plastic won’t stick to the PTFE surface and the fiberglass backing withstands the heat.
Approved UL Recognized Class 180°C. Pre-cured non-corrosive silicone adhesive is resistant to flagging.
7300 Fiberglass Cloth Tape
High temperature fiberglass cloth tape. Used to wrap transformers, coils, wiring harnesses and audio crossovers. Approved UL Recognized Class 180° C. Pre-cured non-corrosive silicone adhesive is resistant to flagging and varnish solvents.
Meets UL 510 flammability requirements. Complies with MIL-19166C and MIL-I-15126 type GFT
222-L High Temp Aluminum Foil Tape
Designed for extremely high or low temperatures. Aluminum backing reflects heat while the silicone adhesive maintains the bond. This tape makes an excellent high temperature moisture/gas barrier.
326 Sensing Tape
0.001” polyester laminated to 0.00035” aluminum foil. An acrylic adhesive is applied to the exposed polyester. Used for end of reel sensing in the audio/video, movie and printer ribbon industries. Can also be used as a high temperature harness wrap on car and truck engines. Available on a liner as a special order. Minimums apply.
DW 407 Aluminum/Fiberglass
Designed for extreme temperature this tape is highly reflective to radiant heat. It also has high strength and flexibility. Excellent for plasma masking, grit blasting and other high temperature applications.

Meets MIL-T-83284.

467MP Transfer Tape
A-30 is a firm acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive system. It features high ultimate bond strength with excellent high temperature performance and excellent solvent resistance. Bond strength increases substantially with natural ageing. 467 is a long ageing resistant product used extensively by the nameplate industry.
468MP Transfer Tape
A-30 is a firm acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive system. It features high ultimate bond strength with excellent high temperature performance and excellent solvent resistance. Bond strength increases substantially with natural ageing. 468 is a long ageing and resistant product used extensively by the nameplate industry.
PG-21 High Temperature masking Tape
High temperature masking tapes for use in painting applications that require a baking cycle of up to 325o F for 1 hour. Removes cleanly from warm or cold surfaces. Resistant to most solvents.
4075 Vinyl Letter Application Tape
Natural paper saturated with a natural rubber, low tack adhesive. This tape is specifically designed for vinyl letter transfer sign making.
