Techprint offers engineering design for our keyboards products using mechanical, elastomeric, and membrane switch technologies. We offer turnkey solutions and our capabilities span flex circuits, printed circuit boards, elastomer design, cabling, electronic design, single / double-shot molding, electromechanical design, and P/C design. Our engineering department has experts who provide assistance for product development, remodeling, prototype development, and re-engineering. We work with clients to define their requirements, guide them through material specifications, and handle activities like procurement, assembly documentation and documentation of all the critical manufacturing steps. Our skilled production facility and quality assurance staff ensures high level integrity and reliability for your product.
Our graphic and engineering design personnel work with clients to determine the best product design with the latest state-of-the-art technology. We utilize design tools such as SolidWorks, OrCad, AutoCad, and Adobe Illustrator. We develop 3D models for our molded plastic, sheet metal, and elastomeric rubber products. Electronic design, firmware and software are employed to develop fully integrated plug and play assemblies that use USB, PS2, Ethernet, or Wireless protocols.
