CELL-O® EZ Air Cushion Machine ..the value added machine
Convenient tabletop unit produces air cushions on demand. The CELL-O EZ machine fills pre-perforated, cross-sealed film with air and applies a single continuous seal. Small enough to fit anywhere, the self-contained CELL-O EZ unit is easy to use with simple and quick loading of film. The machine is fast and virtually maintenance free.
CELL-O EZ film makes continuous chains of perforated air cushions in an infinite variety of sizes, tailored to customers’ requirements. Currently, two sizes are offered: 8′′ wide x 4′′ long (standard cushion) or 8′′ wide x 8′′ long (large). Perforations between each cushion provide quick separation of the number of cushions needed.
An optional foot pedal provides easy on-off operation. CELL-O EZ uses ambient air so compressed air is not required. operation is simple...plug it in and turn it on...it’s ready to produce air cushions. The CELL-O EZ machine produces air cushions at approximately 40 feet of film per minute.

Internal Air Source
One of FP International′s group of PMOS (packaging made on site) systems, the NOVUS C machine eliminates the need for storage and handling of pre-made packaging and traditional bubble material. One packaging system can replace paper, foam-in-place or bubble.
The NOVUS C air cushion machine uses an internal air source to inflate innovative, pre-configured, low-density polyethylene film, producing four different air cushion shapes. The four different cushions fill a wide variety of packaging applications.
The versatile NOVUS C machine can be used anywhere, from high-speed, on-line pack stations to small packing table operations. A built-in timer on the NOVUS C machine can be set to run cushions to fill a bin or other storage containers.
The NOVUS C machine is fast, producing 70 lineal feet per minute. It′s easy to operate and can be plugged in anywhere (110 volts). Film loading is easy and takes just seconds. The NOVUS C machine has a small footprint, only 22′′ long, 12′′ wide,
23′′ high and weighs 52 pounds.
