  • RSB Series Diaphragm Pressure Relief Valve
The SIMTECH RSB Series Diaphragm Pressure Relief Valve is designed to protect piping and equipment from pressure changes where a rapid release of excess pressure is required. Prevents pumps from dead heading, over pressurization, pressure surge conditions, and maintains back pressure in closed loop systems.
  • Adjustable screw and lock-nut makes it easy to accurately preset desired relief pressure.
  • Teflon (primary) and EPDM (back-up) diaphragms standard.
  • No metal contact with fluid.
  • Wide adjustable relief pressure range (10-125 PSI)
  • Small pressure differential band from cracking point to fully open, and from fully open to close.
  • Top entry makes in-line maintenance quick and easy.
  • Ideal for DI water, harsh chemical, and other high purity applications.
  • RTD Series Pneumatic Diaphragm Divertor Valve

The SIMTECH RTD Series Diaphragm Divertor Air Valve features a compact plastic valve especially designed for DI water and other high purity applications. This valve is also known as an air operated 3 way valve. No metal and elastomer contact with fluid.
  • Virgin Teflon diaphragms and seals.
  • Equal flow on both ports (N/O and N/C) Can handle high back pressure.
  • Low operating air pressure.
  • This direct acting full flow valve features top entry for easy in-line maintenance and minimum water hammer.
Type 1: Air to open/spring to close.
Type 2: Air to open/air to close.
  • RUD Series Pneumatic Ultra Pure Diaphragm Valve

The SIMTECH RUD Series Ultra Pure Diaphragm Air Valve features a compact molded thermoplastic valve especially designed to be used in critical high purity applications.
  • Self-draining to prevent contamination and bacterial growth.
  • Teflon diaphragm standard in all valves.
  • Can handle high back pressure.
  • Low actuating air pressure.
  • Direct acting full flow and top entry for easy maintenance and minimum water hammer.

Type 1: Air to open/spring to close.
Type 2: Air to open/air to close.
  • RDD Series Direct Operating Diaphragm Valve

Direct Operating Diaphragm Valve (RDD) The SIMTECH RDD Series Direct Operating Diaphragm Valve features a compact thermoplastic valve designed for most harsh chemicals, DI water and high purity applications.
  • Double diaphragms (primary: Teflon, back-up: reinforced EPDM).
  • Pneumatic control to open and spring to close
  • No Metal contact with fluid
  • High Cv rating
  • Direct acting full flow with top entry for easy maintenance and minimum water hammer. The standard valve is normally closed (apply air to open). Normally open valve is also available upon request.
  • Suitable for most harsh chemicals, DI water and other high purity applications.
