Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)

Five axis wire EDM machining with the ability to use very small EDM wire sizes. Fully CNC controlled axes on all wire EDM machines with fine resolution glass scale encoders ensure accurate positioning with .00001 inch/ .00002 mm. resolution.

Superfine Finish Technology. Our EDM machines include the latest wire EDM fine finish technology with the ability to impart a finer wire EDM surface finish than available on most wire EDM machines.

Anti-Electrolysis wire EDM technology has minimal effect on the EDM-ed surface. All of our wire EDM machines utilize the latest Anti-Electrolysis technology.

Die sinker EDM machining with fully CNC controlled axes including a rotary C axis. We have the ability to sinker EDM machining in any direction; this allows features such as a fully threaded blind hole with full thread form to the very bottom.

Micro Machining/Precision Machining
We offer full precision machining services while specializing in intricate, micro machined parts, often made from exotic alloys and with features that may be impossible to machine by common practices. We would be able to provide precision machining and micro machined parts with attributes such as:
