  • Acrylic
Acrylic is a useful, clear plastic that resembles glass, but has properties that make it superior to glass in many ways. For example, a great advantage of acrylic is that it is only half as heavy as glass. Acrylic is used to make various products and is known as the clearest material with a transparency rate of 93%.

Acrylic Types Include: Acrylic Glazing, Acrylic Mirrors, Acrylite FFV (DP-32), Acrylic P-95 (Matte), Acrylic Non-Glare, Acrylite OP-3 UV Filtering, Clear High Impact Acrylic, Extruded Acrylic, and Cast Acrylic.

Available in sheets, rods, tubings, balls, half-balls
    Polycarbonate
Polycarbonates have the characteristics of tough, durable, lightweight, and a high impact resistance.

These plastics are available in Polycarbonate, Machine-Grade Polycarbonate, and Multi-Wall Polycarbonate sheets, rods, and tubings.
    Brochure Holders
    Available in:
  • Multi-Compartment Holders: 2, 3, and 4 compartments
  • Counter Standing Holders
  • Wall Mounting Holders
  • Olefin
Available Shapes: sheets and round rods

    Material types include:
  • Building and Agriculture Grade

  • H.D.P.E Sanitary Cutting Boards: premium board material with a surface that is easy on cutting blades. lt is used in a wide array of applications-from home use to commercial food preparation and-some of the largest packing plants in the United States.

  • UHMW: sets the standard for engineering polymers with a unique combination of wear and corrosion resistance, low friction surface and impact strength. UHMW is resistant to chemical attack and moisture absorption, and retains key physical properties to -30 C. An excellent general purpose material that is a cost effective material for food handling problems, and meets FDA, USDA and 3-A Dairy guidelines for food processing and handling. Whether your business is grain, pharmaceuticals, pizza dough or frozen poultry, UHMW material will reliably move your material and products.
  • Phenolics
Phenolic materials are constructed of layers of materials impregnated with synthetic resins. Among the materials used are paper - excellent for electrical uses; glass fabrics for heat resistance, strength and low moisture absorption rates; nylon cloth for superb insulation against high humidity levels; and linen cloth for machinability and mechanical strength. Phenolics offer a number of ad vantages including high dieletric strength, stiffness, excellent stability etc.

Applications: terminal boards, switches, electrical transformers, bearings, gears and other machine items.

Material Available in the following grades:
  • XX PAPER: High dielectric strength, good moisture resistance, moderate mechanical strength, good machinability for normal electrical uses
  • XXX PAPER - Low-loss electrical grade for high voltage.
  • CE CANVAS - Tough resilient grade for usual elec trical applications. Execellent for gear stock
  • LE LINEN - Recommended for fabricated parts which require smooth edges and mechanical strength.
  • G-5 GLASS MELAMINE - For applications requiring Arc and Flame Resistance and high mechanical strength.
  • G-7 GLASS SILICONE - Provides for low dielectric losses at high frequencies and excellent electrical properties under humid conditions.
  • G-IO GLASS EPOXY - Excellent elecrical and mechanical properties with best dimensional stability.
  • Teflon
Teflon* -widely used in cookware-has become a household name for its slick , non stick qualities. As an industrial material it has exceptional chemical resistance, high and low temperature durability, low coefficient of friction and superb insulating qualities. It lacks toughness for abrasive applications, however and is not readily fastened together using adhesives unless the surface is ′′etched′′ to accept the bonding agent. Teflons* properties can be improved with the addition of fillers such as glass fiber and carbon. It can operate as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Applications Include: Tubing,Gaskets, Spacers, Lab equipment, High and low-temperature equipment, Chemical shields

Available in sheets, rods, tubing, and spaghetti tubing.
    Delrin/Acetal, Nylon & PVC
Acetal/Delrin offers design engineers a superior blend of strength, stiffness, lubricity, and dimensional stability. These properties, along with inherent maching ease have made Acetal/Delrin one of the most widely used engineering grade thermoplastics. Acetal/Delrin comes in a broad array of stock shapes. These materials include both homopolymer and copolymer unfilled grades as well as PTFE-filled grades for enhanced wear resistance. We also offer an electrically conductive grade of Acetal that is used in the micro-electronics industry to dissipate static electric charges.

Nylon: Since its introduction in 1938, Nylon has become one of the world′s most widely recognized and utilized engineering grade thermoplastics. Nylon′s unique combination of high strength, good toughness, outstanding chemical resistance have made it the material of choice for product designs in a multitude of industries. When used to replace wear grade material like brass and bronze, no other material provides the combination of extended wearlife, light weight, and low fabricated part cost of nylon.

PVC: Shapes include sheet and rods
    Material Types Includes:
  • Type I: a normal impact, corrosion resistant material offering the highest chemical resistance of all PVC grades. It is recommended for applications where the concentration of acids or alkalies are high and the normal work ing temperatures are low (below 140° F).
  • Type II: a high impact, corrosion resistance sheet that can be used in areas where higher impact resistance is required. It has excellent thermoformability and will not support combustion.
  • CPVC: a high temperature chlorinated PVC that has excellent corrosion resistance, high heat resistance and is easily fabricated. It will not support combustion and provides maximum corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures (up to 212° F).
  • Corrugated Plastic Sheets
Features: excellent printability, lightweight, easy to fabricate, weather-resistant, U.V. stabilized, strong and durable, corona treatment, Smooth

Special Additives: Ultraviolet stabilizers, Anti-static, Flame retardant

Custom color and shape available upon request.
