ArtSorb wall panels are the acoustical solution for spaces in need of noise reduction. A variety of styles, sizes, shapes and colors are available for a multitude of applications allowing you to create an effective sound control treatment that is also aesthetically pleasing.

The ArtSorb Wall Panel is specifically designed as a multi-purpose absorber panel offering an attractive yet economical way to resolve reverberant noise problems. Application for these panels includes schools, universities, offices, airports, churches, restaurants and any area where excess reverberation is a problem.

ArtSorb Wall Panels provide ultimate performance with excellent NRC ratings. Available in four standard thicknesses: 1/2′′, 1′′, 1 1/2′′ and 2′′ with custom thickness available and constructed with a 6-7# PCF rigid fiberglass absorber core. The edges are chemically hardened and are available in 4 edge profiles. Standard or custom-sizes (up to a maximum of 5′ x 10′) are available with custom, designer or standard Guilford fr701-2100 series fabric available.

Installation is simplistic using mechanical clips, adhesive or hook & loop. Consult with factory on the best-suited mounting for your specific application.
Metal Wall Panels
Art-Perf Metal Wall Panels consist of a metal or aluminum frame surrounded with a perforated metal or aluminum skin and contain encapsulated acoustical fiberglass sound absorber. Sound waves enter through small holes in the perforated metal allowing the noise to reach absorbing material which transforms a portion of the sound energy to heat.

Art-Perf Metal Wall Panels are typically used in potentially noisy environments where sound absorbers require a highly abuse resistant material. Applications include gymnasiums, swimming pools, pump rooms, and industrial fabrication work areas. These panels also provide exceptional architectural appeal and functionality in offices and conference rooms.

Mounting hardware included in price. Metal or Aluminum Wall Panels including 18′′ and 36′′ wide and various lengths are available. Note: face pattern does not change price structure.
Sonex Classic
SONEX Classic Panels feature a modified anechoic wedge design for cost-effective, yet impressive sound control. The unique geometric shape of the surface pattern on these panels provides optimum deflection of sound waves, making them an excellent choice for recording and broadcast studios. These versatile panels can also be used in listening rooms, restaurants, production areas and other locations where sound absorption is critically important. Panels offer excellent acoustical control across all frequencies with Noise Reduction Coefficients (NRCs) ranging from 0.75 to 0.80.

SONEX Classic Panels are available in either natural or painted melamine as well as colortec, a process through which the entire thickness of the foam panel is dyed a deep charcoal color. These panels are especially appropriate for rooms with dark decor. They have a Class 1 fire rating, the best fire rating possible for a building material. It is flame and chemical-resistant and unlike polyurethane foams, it will not decompose or emit toxic gases when exposed to flame.

These panels can easily be mounted to any wall or ceiling surface with acouSTIC water-based adhesive. When installing, alternate the male and female patterns for a checkerboard look or install with 1′′ space between similar adjacent panels.
