Double Coated Tapes with Differential Adhesion, DC-4110R/P-60 yards
Double coated polyester 1.0 mil (25 micron) clear polyester film 3.75 mils total, differentially coated on separate sides with removable (low tack) and permanent (high tack) acrylic adhesive system. The liner side is coated with a controlled, low tack, highly removable clear adhesive system which exhibits moderate adhesion to a variety of surfaces, but has excellent removablility. The exposed side is coated with an aggressive, high tack, peel, and shear, permanent acrylic adhesive. Both adhesies are excellent in low and moderate temperatures and are resistant to UV, moisture some solvents, mild acids, oil and grease. Excellent adhesion to metals, glass, films, paper and some treated polyolefins. Used as a closure sytem for reclosable bags, pouches & envelopes, core start-ups and end tabbing of papers, foils and films; monting promotional, advertising & point of purchase dis plays that can easily be removed/replaced/repositioned; temporary holding of packaging and protective materials during shipment; temporary laminating applications; making removable stickers & labels. This tape performs best on non-porous surfaces, such as paper, however it will also remove cleanly from many porous surfaces, such as paper and non-woven. Adhesion: -53 oz/in. (exposed), 28 oz/in (liner side). Tensile strength: 16 Ibs/in. Elongation: 100% at break. Low temperature (application): 35°F. High temperature resistance: 275°F.
Double Coated Polyester Tapes, DC-4109RS-60 yards
Polyester (Clear) 3.5 mil (0.089mm) exclusive of liner. 0.5 mil (12 micron) clear polyester film substrate coated on both sides with a modified water based acrylic adhesive. Tape is provided on a gold siliconized paper liner. Superior moisture resistance in high humidity. Excellent low and high temperature performance. Perfect for splicing of various materials such as papers, plastics, films, foils, etc., for mounting nameplates, keyboard assembly, and for laminating dissimilar metals. Adhesion (1 hr. dwell): 38-40 oz/in. Tensile: 7.5 Ibs/in. Temperature resistance: -40°F to +280°F (up to 392°F short term). Elongation: 100% at break. 3 inch neutral core/carton
Crepe Paper Masking Tapes, HTM-111-60 yards
High Temp Automotive Masking 6.1 mil (0.155mm) Premium, high temperature cream color masking tape with a solvent based cured natural rubber adhesive system designed to work in masking applications where elevated temperatures (up to 239°F(115C) and solvent resistance are required. Tape can be used at up to 239F for up to one hour while maintaining intefrity, holding power and clean removal characteristics.  Tape con forms to a broad range of surfaces.Use of a Heavy Crepe Paper provides good tensil strength and tear characteristics as well as excellent  elongation for wrapping and masking around curved surfaces. It is recommended for high demand painting and masking applications - particularly automotive masking applications.  Residue Free Adhesion: 35.3 oz/inch. Tensile Strength: 20 Ibs/in.
