Idealarc® DC-600 Multi-Process Lincoln Welder
If your operations include semiautomatic manufacturing or fabrication, your best welding power source selection may be the Lincoln Idealarc® DC-600 welder. Rugged construction, simple controls and plenty of amperage for heavy duty welding applications on thick steel or other materials make this multi-process Lincoln welder a sound investment. Add the outstanding traditional SCR rectifier arc action delivering high quality, attractive welds and your operators will agree - it′s hard to go wrong with an Idealarc® DC-600. Multi-process Lincoln welder: TIG welding, stick welding, MIG welding, arc welding.
Idealarc® DC-1000 Multi-Process Lincoln Welder
If your application requires pure arc welding power combined with multi-process welding power, then the DC-1000 Lincoln welder, with 1300 amps of smooth DC output, is your best investment. Designed for semiautomatic and automatic welding, the precise control of the DC-1000 provides superior high amperage MIG welding, TIG welding, flux-cored welding, submerged arc welding, and excellent air carbon arc gouging.
Power Wave® 355M Multi-Process Lincoln Welder
The Power Wave 355M Lincoln welder features some of Lincoln′s best performance technologies and processes all rolled into one highly efficient inverter power source designed for high-end semiautomatic welding. Lincoln’s Waveform Control Technology™ is at the heart of the Power Wave 355M’s performance, enabling processes such as Pulse-On-Pulse™ and Power Mode™. Precise control of process parameters allows you to weld on a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum and nickel alloys in virtually any application. Optimize the arc for each welding wire type and size for a consistent weld time after time with the Power Wave 355M.
Power Wave® 455M and 455M/STT Multi-Process Lincoln Welder
For thicker materials in robotics, hard automation and semiautomatic welding applications, choose the Power Wave 455M Lincoln welder. For those applications where heat input control, minimal distortion, and reduced spatter are essential, opt for the Power Wave 455M/STT. Both Lincoln models feature Waveform Control Technology™ for superior arc performance on a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum and nickel alloys, and custom control of the arc for each welding wire type and size for consistent welds every time. The Power Wave 455M and 455M/STT Lincoln welders are designed to be part of a modular, multi-process welding system in which power sources can be added or removed and still communicate with other industrial welding machines to create a highly integrated and flexible welding cell.
Power Wave® AC/DC 1000 Multi-Process Lincoln Welder
The Power Wave AC/DC 1000 Lincoln Welder is the first power source to introduce Waveform Control Technology™ to submerged arc welding. Variable frequency and amplitude AC, DC positive or DC negative output allows the user to control the deposition rate and penetration. An operator can increase weld speeds, yield higher quality welds and improve efficiencies in a single or multi-arc welding environment. The phase angle and frequency of different welding machines can also be synchronized to balance the interactions between multiple arcs and minimize arc blow. Depending on the output, a welding arc may be driven by a single welding machine or multiple machines in parallel for applications that require more than 1000 amps of continuous operation.

External Filter is required to meet CE conducted emission requirements. The K2444-1 must be used with the K2344-2.

Lincoln Multi-Operator Multi-Weld™ 350
The Multi-Weld™ 350 Lincoln Welder is a 350 amp, DC+, 100% duty cycle welding machine capable of CV-wire, CC-stick welding or arc gouging. With its high efficiency, the Multi-Weld 350 offers an entirely new and better way to build large structures. This unique welding system offers a cleaner, safer job site, and allows operators to have high performance welding control right where they need it - at the arc.
Lincoln LN-7 and LN-7 GMA Lincoln Semiautomatic Welding Wire Feeder
The Lincoln LN-7 GMA is a semiautomatic constant speed welding wire feeder that provides dependable performance and reliable welding operation, making it ideal for shop or field operations. The Lincoln LN-7 is designed for flux-cored wire without gas (Innershield®) and the LN-7 GMA is designed for MIG welding and flux-cored wire welding with gas (Outershield®). For precise wire feeding and quality welds, the LN-7 features controlled wire feed speed and voltage during starting for clean, positive starts and reduced stubbing, skipping and spatter. Solid state control compensates for wire drag and input line variations to maintain accurate wire feed speed.
