Robotic CNC Welding Services Advanced Steel Technology is one of the most versatile providers of welding services in the world for over 45 years now. We have recently established a new workshop for all cutting, fabricating, beveling, painting, bending and welding processes. Fully automated robotic welding is done for your cut, bent, beveled and machined parts. We provide welding services for heavy machinery components of bulldozers, material handlers, packers (asphalt/dirt), excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes, and fork lifts. Hand welding is also done by us through certified technical specialists.
We use a full CNC machining for all our welding process. All our CNC machines are programmable and use A36 and A572gr50 specified steel to enhance the weld quality. The general thickness of the steel plate is 4 inches and there is no limit on the width or length of a steel part. Smooth, precise welding without any deterioration is achieved through our CNC machines. Apart from this our quality control department has certified weld inspectors who will inspect the weld visually to ensure that your expectations are met.
