Used for smaller, lightweight packages.. Rollers are only 3/4′′ in diameter, and are made of 20 gauge galvanized steel. Axles are 1/4′′ round, spring loaded. Frame is 2 1/2′′ x 1′′, 12 gauge galvanized formed angle. Five cross braces. Rollers may be set high or low. Available in aluminum. FOB - Shipping Point.

Roll-A-Way 1.9′′ Medium Duty Roller Conveyors tor permanent industrial use. All-welded construction for durability. Rollers are made from 16 gauge galvanized steel. Axles have 7/16′′ hex, spring-loaded. Frame constructed of 10 gauge painted steel formed channel 3 1/2′′ x 1′′ x 1′′. Five welded cross braces and butt couplers are standard. Frame capacity over 10 ft. = 1400 lbs., 5 ft. = 3200 lbs. The roller capacity is 250 lbs. each. FOB - Shipping Point.

These 2 1/2′′ Heavy Duty Roller Conveyors are for heavier duty industrial applications. Rollers are made of 11 gauge material. Axles are 11/16 hex, spring-loaded. Structural channel frame 4 x 5.4 with 5 welded cross braces. Butt couplers standard. Frame capacity over 10 ft. = 2500 lbs., 5 ft. = 7600 lbs. Roller capacity = 750 lbs. each.
