Powder Coating
Production Paint Finishers offers smooth or textured finishes in a variety of coatings and colors. If you have special color or specification needs call us. All powder-coated parts are run through our 12 stage pretreatment system to ensure adhesion and superior corrosion resistance. We have the coatings to meet your needs.

Liquid Coating
Production Paint Finishers meets your demands for high quality liquid painting. We utilize many types of liquid coating specifications. Depending on size, liquid parts are run through our 12 stage pretreatment system, or, if too large to fit through the system, they will be cleaned and phosphated with our large part cleaning system which utilizes a wand operated high pressure washer.

Sandblasting
Production Paint Finishers has full blasting capabilities to meet all Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC) standards.

Parts Cleaning/Pretreatment
Production Paint Finishers can meet most Military and Commercial pretreatment cleaning specifications with our state of the art 12 stage stainless steel parts washer and waste water treatment system. We do Zinc Phosphate on steel parts and Alodine 5900 on aluminum parts. If you have large parts we can use our hand held high pressure spray wash
