Laser Cutting
Fab 2 Order remains on the cutting edge with the newest technology available. We added the Trumpf 3040 laser cutting machine to our shop in 2006. Ours is the 22nd machine from Trumpf to be built. We are proud to maintain a reputation of operating the newest and most accurate and capable flat sheet and plate laser cutting machines available. We operate two laser cutting machines though multiple shifts for at least 200 hours of cutting capability each week.

CNC Punching
The Trumpf TC500 Punching Machine allows Fab 2 Order to provide complexed part characteristics. Through cost effective tooling solutions, we are able to complete forming operations that include louvers, countersinking, extruded holes, assembly tabs, beading for part strength, and pre-punched electrical knockouts. Our machine also allows tapping of holes without operator interference.
