 | Wedge Anchors
The Wedge Anchor is used for heavy duty fastening applications where high pullout values are required. The anchor and the hole diameter are the same. The advanced design of the collar reduces the likelihood of the anchor ′′spinning′′. Proper installation requires cleaning out the hole. Install using a torque wrench set to the suggested level as provided in the instruction sheet. The wedge is used in a wide variety of structural applications, including fastening sheet metal, steel, aluminum angles or wood to concrete. Pipe-hanging, tilt-ups, bridges, elevator equipment, conveyors and highway construction frequently require the wedge type anchor. The Wedge Anchor is ideal for installing machinery, hand rails, dock bumpers & storage racks, etc. Wedge anchors are sold unassembled with the appropriate nuts and washers. - Full body diameter

 | Drop-in-Anchors
The drop-in anchor is used in medium to heavy-duty applications in solid media such as concrete and stone. A flush, female anchor, the drop-in houses an internal plug which is held securely in place even when used in overhead applications. Using the setting tool provided with each.100 anchors, the plug is driven to exactly the right depth, causing the anchor to expand. Drop-ins are frequently used for over-head applications, including hanging pipe, duct work, machinery, etc. Drop-ins are available in carbon steel and 303 stainless steel. Important Note: Due to the exacting nature of the Drop-In′s expansion requirements, the appropriate setting tool must be used for each size and type. Failure to use the correct tool could result in a fastening failure.

 | Self Drilling Anchors
The self-drilling anchor functions as a drill, drilling its own hole, and as an anchor, using the external plug provided. Self-drilling anchors can be used in stone or concrete and are suitable for hanging various pipes and lines, duct work, cable support racks and trays. The self-drill is also effective for fastening medium-weight equipment, control systems, and structural components. Self-drills are sold unassembled. After using anchor to drill hole, remove anchor. Clean hole and anchor, insert tapered plug into ′′tooth end′′ of anchor. Place anchor, plug down, into hole. Allow assembly to bottom out. Then hammer or drive anchor over expander plug and shear off top of anchor flush with base material. Anchor is now prepared to receive bolt.  | Hammer Drive Anchors
The body of the hammer drive anchor is made from high grade Zamac 3 zinc alloy (which provides you with high - pullout values). It is rustproof and designed to virtually eliminate embrittlement which frequently occurs in lower grades of zinc alloy. Good for applications in concrete, brick, block or stone, the hammer drive comes assembled and provides for a quick and easy fastening in medium and light duty jobs. Hammer drives have a mushroom head are relatively tamperproof, and are available with both the standard zinc plated steel and stainless steel nails depending upon the application requirements.
