Trifab’s metal fabrication process includes high definition plasma cutting, shearing, pipe bending, machining, rolling and MIG, TIG and flux-core welding. With sandblasting, painting and intermediate and final assembly options, we provide completed products such as the following:

Finishing: Sandblasting & Painting In addition to typical assembly and standard deburring services, Trifab is capable of large capacity in-house sandblasting, wet painting and hot air drying. The wet painting process includes applications of enamels and 2-part epoxies, and for parts up to 20’ x 45’, our sandblasting equipment provides a finish of up to SSPC-SP-5 (white metal blast cleaning).
Trifab offers specialty design services to enhance your current products and/or manufacturing processes. Our engineers will advise on design changes and if necessary, create CAD drawings. Trifab’s design services include customized material handling solutions to support lean manufacturing initiatives.
