 | Heavy Duty and Maintenance Platform Fabrication
We manufacture heavy duty and maintenance platforms with sliding catwalks, based on your floor space requirements. In some of our previous projects, we have also fabricated structural, crossover, and operator platforms. Our platforms are available in modular or sectional sizes with unlimited load capabilities. Depending on your design and size requirements, we can provide heavy duty gussets along with the fabricated platforms. We also fabricate platforms with grates, railings, texture plates, treads, anti-slip materials, and stairways.
Our expertise in MIG, TIG and arc welding helps us to fabricate heavy duty platforms of complex designs. De-greasing and grinding operations are performed to clean fabricated platforms, making them free from grease, blast debris, abrasive dust, and other contamination. Our fabrication shop is equipped with an airless paint sprayer from Durotech for finishing fabricated platforms.
The stable structure and durable design of our heavy duty platforms conform to OSHA standards as well as BOCA Codes, offering safe working areas for performing maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and assembly operations.

 | Stairway, Crossover, and Ladder Fabrication
The different custom designed stairways we fabricate for your facility are standard industrial, spiral, and straight stairways. All available with the required integrated landings. Various types of crossovers and ladders, such as industrial and caged ladders, are also available.
Designing as well as fabricating custom stairways, crossovers, or ladders to conform to your unique process or machine layouts is not a problem for us and if necessary, we can fabricate stairways with your designs too. Our design process also includes on-site inspection services for field dimensioning. Access structures can be designed with the required safety features, such as cages for ladders, safety gates, or anti-slip treads that can be fabricated from a myriad range of materials, including steel and aluminum.
Our stairways and crossovers are available with different stairway treads, including diamond plate, bar grating, plus grip-strut treads. Another type of specialized tread that we offer is a plate coated with SlipNOT treads. These treads are made by plasma streaming process that involves depositing metal on a substrate to form a unique, anti-grip surface on it. This type of treading is available in stainless steel, steel, and aluminum. Structures fabricated by us can be finished in-house with our painting services. |
 | Balcony and Handrail Fabrication
We fabricate simple to intricate metal balconies and handrails, including industrial railings, balustrade handrails, plus any custom railing suitable for industrial, residential, as well as commercial use.
Design assistance for balconies and industrial handrails are available for our customers. We can also fabricate balconies and handrails based on your existing designs. Industrial railings can be built to comply with OSHA standards or any other safety standard, based on your specific requirement.
Handrails and balconies can be fabricated from a number of materials, including steel, and aluminum. We can process our handrails and prefabricated balconies with the following optional finishes such as: polishing, mill finishing, painting or powder-coating.

 | Brackets, Weldments, and Fixtures
We can design as well as fabricate metal brackets, weldments, and fixtures from different materials, including stainless steel and aluminum, for structural plus welding applications. TIG welding, MIG welding, and oxyacetylene welding services are offered for manufacturing brackets as well as weldments that exactly suit your fabrication needs. We provide machining plus laser cutting services for the fabrication of complex brackets and weldments. Our brackets are also used in platforms, ladders, crossovers, and any other new or existing metal structures.
We custom build fixtures, that accurately hold the pieces to be welded, clamped in place, facilitating optimum repeatability in large volume runs. Our clients’ existing fixtures can also be used in the in-house production-welding operations. Fixtures, brackets, or weldments can be finished in-house with secondary services such as heat treating, coating, and plating.
