Aluminum Handle Toothbrush Style ESD Brushes Hand Held brushes are brushes typically small in nature that one can hold in their hand to perform work. The brushes are usually made by stapling bristle into the handle (like a block brush), hand tying the filament, gluing the bristles into the brush head (an Applicator brush), or stamping closed the edge of the brush head where the bristles are inserted (an Acid, Artist, or Pencil brush). Hand held brushes can be also made by inserting bristles into wire that is twisted. These brushes are covered in the Twisted-In-Wire Brush Section indicated at the left.

Tufted Cylinder Brushes Type 6.0 crimped natural Nylon staple set into high grade ABS plastic core. Low-density brush face helps reduce brush loading. Used primarily in printed circuit board industry. Other sizes available.
Bonded Disc Brushes Used primarily to condition surface of printed circuit boards and other metal surfaces. Layers of non-woven discs are compressed and formed around the center of brush. Brushes are manufactured with polyurethane bond increasing flexibility and maximizing brush life.
Bonded Flap Brushes Non-woven flaps extend outward from core of brush yielding refined and consistent finish to printed circuit boards and metal surfaces. Bonded Flap brushes manufactured with polyurethane bond increase brush life and create a flexible brushface.
Spiral Wound Coil Brushes White type 6.0. Nylon brush is used for printed circuit board industry, specifically, in I.S. Pumice Machines. Density and filament configuration of brush provides for more efficient distribution of pumice onto the board surface maximizing brush life.
Large Block Brushes A large industrial metal brush that is very effective at cleaning and deburring metal parts, as well as removing residue, metal fillings, paint, and coatings.
