OILES#80 Straight Bushings (80B) Oiles #80 is a proprietary blend of polyacetal resins and uniformly dispersed bearing lubricants. There are several derivatives of this material, each specifically formulated to satisfy a wide variety of application requirements. Oiles #80 is available in both flanged straight bore bushing and thrust washer styles in standard metric sizes. Rod stock, tube stock, and flat plate material is also available for local machining. Designed to provide superior service in applications where no lubrication is possible and where economical, high load light weight performance is desirable. Oiles #80 is an alternative to applications where sintered bronze and specialty plastics are being used as a bearing medium.
