Connectronics High Voltage Lead Assemblies (HVL) are small in size and lightweight, but are still able to provide extreme reliability and peak performance. They are manufactured to specific needs at any desired length. All HVL plug assemblies utilize silicone insulated wire and can be provided with metallic shields to reduce RF noise. To guard against severe abrasion damage, leads can have the added protection of an outer Nomex or glass braided jacket.

Connectronics ′′CMC-715′′ series connector assemblies utilize tapered interfaces to ensure corona free operation through altitude and temperature extremes. Size 20 contacts are designed to accept No. 16 AWG thru No. 24 AWG stranded wire. Connectors may be purchased as ′′KITS′′ or terminated by Connectronics, including straight and right angle overmolding. The ′′CMC-715′′ series seven conductor connectors offer multiple high voltage connections within a common shell. This concept offers maximum reliability at a low cost for the most demanding applications.
Connectronics′ line of in-line disconnects utilize the resilient properties of silicone rubber to provide an interlocking mechanism in a push/pull arrangement. The tapered interface excludes air from the critical area of the mating surfaces thus providing a superior corona free high voltage connection. These connectors are available preterminated to high voltage wire, or as field assembled kits.
The smallest, most reliable performance, high voltage corona free interconnection. Its unique air-excluding, locking interfacial seal and one piece molded construction insures the highest quality of operation, maximum mating retention and lowest cost.
Connectronics ′′MIDGI′′ series connectors offer the smallest, most reliable performance high voltage corona free interconnection available today. It′s unique air excluding, locking interfacial seal and one piece molded construction insures the highest quality of operation. Maximum mating retention and lowest cost.
Connectronics′ line of HY-KON high voltage miniature connectors are individual insertable/removable connector replacements for size 12 pin and socket contacts used in MIL-C-38999, series I, III and IV connectors, that utilize a rear release contact retention cavity. When assembled into a 12 gauge contact cavity within the designated L.V. connector it is then capable of carrying DC voltages of up to 13.5 KV for airborne applications up to 70,000 feet altitude and over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C
