Affordable
The TCM2500-LD is supplied complete with platen assembly for testing 6′′x12′′ cylinders using either the sulphur cap or pad cap test method, plus the added safety feature of steel fragment guard doors.
Accurate
The LD Series digital indicator is a microprocessor based system featuring automatic range selection, user selectable test result readouts in either pounds, kilonewtons, or kilograms, auto-tare and peak hold function. The digital uses pounds as its primary counting unit, with load valves displayed on large .56′′ high easy to read L.E.D. characters, in 10 Ib. counting units. The digital has an accu racy of ±.5% of indicated load in its testing range of 2,500 to 250,000 Ib. The LD Digital can also be ordered to display values in kilonewton or kilogram readout only if requested.
Select the LX5000 digital system if your testing program requires complete data analysis with hard copy print out and computer trans fer capabilities to database programs such as Microsoft Excel and Lotus 1-2-3.
The LX5000 is truly operator friendly, using menu driven promps for all test parameter settings. Simply enter a numeric value to set the field. Standard data analysis capabilities include: printing of all necessary data for a complete C39 test report, C39 correction factor for cylinders, beam modulus of rupture, S.P.C. calculations, prints a load or stress vs. time X-Y graph, with auto store and auto print function.
Displays test values in Live Load, Live Stress, Peak Load, Peak Stress, and Load Pacing Rate.
Bourdon tube gauges are also available in 250,000 Ib. capacity with 250 Ib. subdivisions. Dual gauge ver sion has 30,000 Ib. capacity with 50 Ib. subdivisions, with gauge selector valve.

Compact
The compact single unit design is 34′′Hx12-1/2′′Dx27′′W and requires only 2.3 sq. ft. of space so it can fit into your most congested work area.
All hydraulic operating controls are mounted on the front of the pump directly below the digital unit for easy accessibility and greater productivity. Their position on the load frame also stations the operator to the side of the frame opening for safer operation of the machine.
Rugged
The load frame has four structural steel side members welded to the solid steel crossheads. This wrap around box construction anchors all four corners of the load frame together for the stability needed for repeatable and accurate test results.
Optional Accessories
The TCM2500-LD is available with a wide range of optional accessories for testing beams, cores, cubes, and block. A heavy duty machine mounting stand is also available.
Separate Console
The TCM2500 Series machine is also available with a separate control console. Its modern appearance will add to the marketabili ty of your laboratory, while the space saving design requires only 3.25 sq. ft. of floor space. Models available with manual pumps.

Rigid Frame
Its rigid load frame features our unique wrap around welded box construction that anchors all four corners of the frame together, resulting in a solid one piece unit that exceeds ACI frame rigidity requirements. By combining a rigid load frame with higher testing capacity, we have developed a machine that not only minimizes maintenance problems associated with pad cap testing, but one that uses only 80% of its load capacity to test 8,500 psi (58, 6MPa) 6 inch x 12 inch (150x300 mm) cylinders, with repeatable test results.
Compact
Space saving single unit design requires less than 3.7 sq. ft. (.34 sq. m) of floor space when mounted on its optional stand.
Accuracy
The TCM3000 series machine are available with your choice of three different load indicating systems. The LD digital readout, SD and LX5000 data acquisition digital system.
All three digital systems have a testing range of 3,000 to 3000,000 lb. (13.3 to 1,334 kN) at ۯ% of indicated load with pound or metric readout capability as a standard feature.
