Reconditioning.  CAMSERV can recondition or remanufacture any make of reciprocating engine, compressor or turbocharger, offering an attractive, economical solution based on your particular situation. Reconditioning restores equipment to like-new condition, in accordance with OEM and aftermarket specifications. Remanufacturing involves restoring equipment to a given set of specifications, based on a particular application.

  Retrofits.  CAMSERV provides retrofit services to enhance engine performance and meet new emission requirements. Available for CleanBurn™ and other engine emission technologies, retrofits can be specified to meet minimum, moderate or maximum NOx and CO reduction. Current technology provides a new Ajax catalytic converter, low-pressure electronic fuel injection, high-performance turbocharging, as well as LE kits and HCR pistons for Ajax units.   Upgrades.  Engine efficiency upgrades can also be performed to help improve fuel efficiency, engine performance, and reliability. Contract Maintenance Services - Your Solution for Peak Operational Efficiency
There are two ways to take advantage of the skill and experience of Cameron′s Compressions Systems service and maintenance professionals.  One option is to call us as soon as you begin to experience operating problems.  Our service personnel will soon arrive on-site, from one of our strategically located service centers to diagnose and repair your equipment.  Or, you can turn the responsibility for the maintenance of your equipment or facility over to our staff of experienced maintenance professionals under a Contract Maintenance Services (CMS) agreement.  Under the technical oversight of our Maintenance Technology Services group, Cameron′s Compression Systems can tailor a CMS program that meets your specific requirements and takes advtantage of state-of-the-art maintenance technologies such as operating data collection and analysis, lubricating oil and coolant analysis, engine/compressor analysis, vibration analysis and thermography that enable us to meet your availability, reliability or production targets at the lowest possible cost.  If desired, equipment or facility operation can be provided as an integrated element of a CMS program.

Maintenance Program Expertise
Cameron′s Compression Systems will design a customized, comprehensive maintenance program to keep your equipment on-line at peak efficiency at the lowest possible operating and maintenance cost.  This CMS program is specifically tailored to balance equipment availability, reliability and/or production requirements against maintenance costs to assure you of optimum value for every maintenance or operating dollar spent.  With our unrivaled experience in power and compression equipment design, manufacturing, service and maintenance, we know quite a lot about how your equipment operates.  We know the variability of maintenance life cycles, mean time between failures and component life expectancies based on environmental and process conditions, speeds and loads.  Our proprietary Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), as set up for your application by our MTS maintenance planners, takes these factors into account and can determine when maintenance should be performed for maximum cost efficiency.  We have many CMS capabilities that can be tailored to your requirements.  Typical programs include one or more of the following elements:

• Equipment inspection, diagnostics and analysis
• Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance (with consigned parts inventory, if desired)
