Conveyor Belt Repair Materials

Cover Rubber
Fusion cover rubber has excellent abrasion resistance and UV inhibitors to provide durable repairs to conveyor belts or for cold bond splices, and with a bonding layer it provides exceptional adhesion. It has a higher abrasion index than most belt covers.

Filler Rubber
Fusion filler rubber is excellent for replacing damaged or worn layers within the conveyor belt when building up a repair. With a bonding layer on both sides, it can be layered to provide the required depth. When used in conjunction with Fusion Cover Rubber, it provides durable repairs to conveyor belts or for cold bond splices.

Description
Fusion cover rubber is offered in several gauges and widths. It is supplied with the Fusion Systems Bonding layer on one side for superior adhesion to the conveyor belt. Fusion filler rubber is offered in several gauges and widths. It is supplied with a bonding layer on both sides, and offers superior adhesion to the conveyor belt.
Applications
Recommended for the repair of conveyor belt covers or as cover for cold bond splice applications. Recommended for the repair of conveyor belts or for the repairs of tank linings under certain conditions.

Belt Repair Kit

The Belt Repair Kit is the best solution for significant repairs of conveyor belt damage. It comes complete with the the tools, adhesives, solvents and materials to undertake even a large repair. Repairs can often last years or for the remaining belt life.

Compatability
The BRK-002 kit can be used on RMA I and II conveyor belts manufactured by Scandura, Goodyear, Georgia Duck, US Rubber, Continental and many others. The repair materials have a higher abrasion resistance than the original belt.

Applications
Can be used for edge repairs, longitudinal rips, punctures, skirtboard wear, cover gauges, and reattaching cleats and sidewall on belts.
