Mobil Centaur Moly is a premium quality grease formulated with advanced calcium sulfonate thickener technology. The calcium sulfonate thickener in the Mobil Centaur Moly products represents a significant advance in grease formulation technology. Unlike conventional soap-base thickeners (i.e. lithium, aluminium, and calcium soaps), the calcium sulfonate thickener does much more than simply impart consistency. It imparts excellent corrosion and water-resistance properties to the grease and has inherent extreme-pressure protection properties that enhance load-carrying ability. Further, the EP properties derived from the calcium thickener also have inherently better thermal stability than those from conventional Sulphur/Phosphorus EP additives.
Fortified with molybdenum disulphide to complement its robust extreme-pressure additive system, Mobil Centaur Moly is particularly well suited to meet the demanding lubrication requirements of heavy-duty truck chassis, construction and mining equipment, and heavily load industrial bearings. Mobilgrease XHP 460 greases are extended service lithium complex greases intended for a wide variety of heavy duty applications and operating conditions. These greases were designed to outperform conventional products by applying cutting edge, proprietary, lithium complex manufacturing technology. They are formulated to provide excellent high temperature performance with superb adhesion, structural stability and resistance to water contamination. These greases have a high level of chemical stability and offer excellent protection against rust and corrosion. These greases feature high dropping points and maximum recommended operating temperature of 140°C (284°F). Mobil Delvac Xtreme Service Grease is an extra high performance extreme-pressure grease. It is an NLGI 2 grade and is manufactured with a proprietary, high-temperature lithium complex thickener system. It exhibits excellent resistance to softening under sever working and provides good adhesion and cohesion. An extreme-pressure additive provides exceptional protection against wear and shock loads, while additional additives enhance resistance to high-temperature oxidation and protection against rust. Other formulation features provide very good resistance to water wash, and long service in bearings operating at high temperatures. This heavy-duty, severe-service grease has outstanding structural stability and chemical stability, will not corrode steel or copper bearing alloys, and is compatible with conventional seal materials.
Mobil Delvac Xtreme Service grease is recommended for use in heavy-duty trucks, especially hinge and bucket pins, U-joints, and fifth wheels. It is also recommended for construction and mining sector applications, particularly for the lubrication of plain and antifriction bearings in contractor and mining vehicles working under severe operating and weather conditions. Mobil Delvac Xtreme Service grease is also recommended for use in heavily loaded industrial bearings. The recommended application temperature range is -20°C to +175°C |

Mobilgrease CM Series products are a family of extra high performance extreme-pressure greases. Mobilgrease CM-P and CM-S are NLGI Grade 2, while Mobilgrease CM-W and CM-L are NLGI Grade 1. All four products are manufactured with a proprietary high-temperature, lithium complex thickener system. They exhibit excellent resistance to softening under severe working, and provide good adhesion and cohesion. An extreme-pressure additive provides exceptional protection against wear and shock loads, while additional additives enhance resistance to high-temperature oxidation and protection against rust. In addition, Mobilgrease CM-P and Mobilgrease CM-L contain 3% molybdenum sulphide for additional wear protection. The Ronex AW series of products continue the brand name and established dependable performance of Ronex MP, upgraded to work in the fleet and off-road market. The series, consisting of Ronex AW 221, 222 and 222 Moly, have been formulated with an ISO 220 viscosity. This mid-viscosity strikes a good balance between cold temperature pumpability and water resistance, while providing the viscosity needed for bearings and other lube points. The water resistance is enhanced by a shear stable polymer, capable of withstanding harsh fleet and off-road applications. Ronex AW also contains a well balanced performance additive package, providing all of the essential ingredients needed for dependable performance. Rust and corrosion protection, wear and shock load protection, consistent with the Ronex name, are balanced for dependable performance.
