Perforated with stainless steel work surface. 3/4′′ novaply, white high-pressure plastic laminate on exposed surfaces. Interior surfaces sealed to prevent shedding of particulates. Two pieces, base unit and fume hood, for easy installation. Available in either exhaust or recirculating modes. Specify when ordering. If exhausting, customer is responsible for exhausting air from the laminar flow unit to take beyond the exhaust duct collar. Optional damper available to change to either mode easily, acrylic side panels or magnehelic gauge.

Polypropylene Fume Food The Fume Hood is constructed of stress relieved 1 /2′′ thick white polypropylene, an extremely durable and non-corrosive thermoplastic, highly resistant to most acids, solvents, and other corrosives, Polypropylene also offers non-conductive proper ties and easy cleaning as well.
The hood comes with the following: HEPA filter (99.99% efficient on 0.3 microns) and room air prefilters, a counterbalanced sash made of 1 /4′′ thick clear acrylic for easy operation and a clear view of the work surface, vaporproof fluorescent interior lighting, visual and audible low airflow alarm, full width plenum with adjustable dampers for maximum efficiency in fume removal.
The base cabinet is fully supported with adjustable levelers and optional casters for easy installation. Standard Fume Hoods are available in four, six and eight foot lengths. The height is constant at 95.5′′ and the depth is at 34′′, The hood is normally shipped in two pieces and assembled on site. Custom sizes are available upon request, optional exhausting unit available on request.
