Fully adjustable vacuum gauges
The vacuum gauge with adjusting dial allows for quick and easy adjustment of the degree of vacuum required, while allowing the operator to monitor the gauge opera tion.
Change-over switches that will allow the equipment to perform three functions:

- Vacuum & sealing—Air removal
& sealing
- Gas filling—Air removal, gas filling & sealing
Height and angle adjustment table The product table comes in 3 sizes depending on the pouch length requirement. The table is adjustable in height and angle by changing the location of two stays using the adjusting holes in the front of the cabinet.

 | V-401-NTW Series - Tabletop Ejector-Type Vacuum Sealer for Watery Items!
The V-401NTW series of sealers are designed for vacuum packaging liquid and powdery items. It has a drip-proof, all-stainless body and an air pedal that lacks electric parts to allow packaging of watery items. The single-side heating model is a top heater, which means that the heating element is attached to the top clamping lever where it is less likely to be exposed to liquids. The V-401NTW series of sealers employs the ejector-vacuum method, which uses the flow of compressed air to directly eject the gas inside the bag to the outside of the machine. Unlike the vacuum pump, it does not collect within the body of the machine foreign objects such as liquid and powder that were taken in from the bag. Although the ejector-vacuum method does not achieve as high a vacuum rate as using the vacuum pump. Its advantage is the very high speed of de-airing. The ejector-vacuum method is therefore not suit for jobs that require a high vacuum rate.
The V-401NTW series is easy to use with its microcomputer sequence controller. It controls the machine′s movement, and the sealer comes standard equipped with a microcomputer-controlled heating time controller and a counter with a reset feature. Just depress an air pedal in order to start and complete the operation. The operation method (seal only, manual or timer vacuum) can be selected by using the selection switch. Another standard equipment is highly work-efficient table.
An optional Clear Cover is available to cover the entire sealing area to prevent the risk of fingers from touching the area. It also allows the user to see the sealing operation in motion. Anti-overheating feature automatically shuts off the power when power continues to be distributed beyond the user-defined time.
