FT Stinger Automatic Fire Suppression Systems
SEA-FIRE FM-200® Stinger FT Automatic Fire Suppression Systems are pre-engineered and designed for ease of installation in highly complex applications. The systems are self-activating, require very little maintenance and provide a cost effective solution for applications including marine, recreational vehicles, and commercial and industrial use where flammable liquids are likely the source. Stinger FT Series require no external power so they are not sensitive to power failures or shut downs. The Stinger FT Series is ideal for small volumes, 150 cu.ft (4.2 cu.m) or less.

The direct low-pressure system utilizes the tubing as both the detecting device and agent delivery system. When temperatures go beyond 175°F (79°C), the portion of the tubing nearest the hottest part of the flame will rupture forming a mini discharge nozzle. In a fire condition, the agent is released via the small nozzle and the system continues to discharge the agent until the entire contents of the cylinder is expended.
H Series Engineered Systems
SEA-FIRE FM-200® H-Series Custom-Engineered Fire Suppression Systems protect spaces from 1500 cu.ft (42.5 cu.m) up to 17500 cu.ft (500 cu.m) and provide fast economical solutions that protect large pleasure craft, yachts, workboats, vessels and onshore/offshore marine applications.

Systems are fully customizable and available with versatile options such as automatic/manual or manual only systems, 30 or 60 second time delay, siren and pressure trips for maintaining compartment integrity. SEA-FIRE systems are tested and approved in accordance with IMO/SOLAS requirements.
MD Manual Only Fire Suppression System
SEA-FIRE FM-200® MD Manual only Fire Suppression Systems are pre-engineered and designed to protect enclosed compartments. All MD & MG systems are manually actuated by a pull cable. Upon discharge, the extinguishing agent (FM-200®) floods the compartment with an electrically nonconductive, noncorrosive vapor that stops the combustion process through both physical and chemical means. FM-200® removes heat energy from the fire to the extent that the combustion reaction cannot sustain itself.

SEA-FIRE MD series extinguishers are equipped with a factory installed pressure switch which is intended for cylinder pressure supervision and may also be used to control other electrical functions (engine shutdown, air exchange equipment, etc.).

Manual only MD & MG Series require a discharge cable assembly which is sold separately
