Aluminum Binder Post & Screws
Each binder post assembly consists of one post (.203′′ dia. x .415′′ head O.D. - unslotted) and one screw (8-32 thread dia. x .415′′ head O.D. - slotted). Aluminum. For use in 7/32′′ holes.
Note: Otherwise known as ′′Chicago Screws′′. Low profile, matching head on both the post and the screw allow for a nice clean look. Aluminum material is much stronger and more durable than nylon post and screw imitations. Optional unslotted drive-in type permanent locking screw also available (see part# 100049). Optional slotted hand press-in rapid assembly screw for lightweight applications also available (see part# 100043).

Black Aluminum Binder Post & Screws Black anodized binder post assembly consisting of one post (.203 dia x .415 head O.D. - unslotted) and one screw (8-32 thread dia x .415 head O.D. - slotted) - Aluminum, for use in 7/32′′ holes.
Note: Durable black anodized finish on our most popular sizes of aluminum binder posts and matching screws. It should be noted that during the anodizing process a very small, randomly located contact point will reveal a bare aluminum spot. Other sizes available in Black upon request.
Solid brass binder post assembly consisting of one post (.203 dia x .415 head O.D. - unslotted) and one screw (8-32 thread dia x .415 head O.D. - slotted) for use in 7/32′′ holes. Parts are passivated and waxed to help prevent tarnishing.
