 | Molded, Polypropylene Cup Sinks
T & C offers the most complete line of laboratory cup sinks available. All T & C cup sinks shown below are molded of solid, black modified polypropylene resin. These sinks are acid, caustic and solvent resistant. They are resistant to thermal shock and thermal cycling. T & C cup sinks are non-porous (will not harbor bacteria growth). The typical application for these cup sinks for use in fume hoods with laboratory countertops. However, they can also be used anywhere small sinks or drains are required (e.g., as a bar sink or small compartment sink). These cups are custom made and are non-cancellable & non-returnable. Epoxy cup sinks & special sizes also available.
Notes:
- All standard outlets are 1 1/2′′ straight running male threads. Tailpipes or female threaded adapters are required 9at additional cost) to tie cup sinks into any piping system. Each standard unit weighs only one or two pounds. Other sized threaded outlets also available, at additional cost. Cup sink #PP-65CS and #PP-65CR can also come complete with a stainless steel (type #316) instrument screen, at extra cost. Most codes require P-traps, at additional cost.
- Plugs and removable strainers are also available only when ordered prior to manufacturing, since they are made to custom fit each individual cup sink. Also locknuts are available. Add $10.00 list each for any plug, removable strainer or locknut.

 | Polypropylene or Epoxy Sink Backsplashes
Same as polypropylene sink legs (1/2′′ thick). White or black color standard on Black sinks. Backsplashes can be drilled for faucet holes at Factory, on request.

 | Polypropylene Wall Mounted, Molded Sink
Wall mounted polypropylene sink, white or gray/beige (depending upon availability) sink assembly includes mounting & support brackets.
SIZE: 17” long x 12” wide x 6 ½” deep I.D. 5 1/2” high backsplashes with 1 1/2” return on top and sides of backsplash.
Comes with built in-overflow assembly & stopper plug with chain. Sink also includes 1 1/2” threaded integral outlet with removable strainer. Also includes molded rim & backsplash & integral threaded 1 1/2′′ outlet
Uses:
- Srub sink in hospitals, doctors & dental offices, art studios, schools, universities, nursing homes, autopsy rooms, mortuaries, ect.
Wall-mounted lab or chemical sinks. Polypropylene is resistant to acids, caustics, and solvents.
- Service sink in public & private kitchens, bars, soft drink stations, butcher shops, fish markets, food prep centers, machine shops, plating facilities, ect.
- Utility sink in laundries, residential basements, janitorial service stations, prep stations, ect.
- Automotive garage sink in warehouses or service stations, for battery acid, waste oil, gasoline, where work is done on forklifts, automobiles, motorcycles, trucks, ect.
- Lavatory sink in public restrooms or private bathrooms.

 | Polypropylene Molded Medium-Duty Drop-In OR Under Countertop Rectangular & Square Sinks
For chemical, lab & other applications.
NOTE: These sinks are designed for drop-in or top of countertop installations, similar to “self rimming” style. However, they can also be mounted underneath countertops or mounted “free-standing” with supports. Sinks include 1 1/2” threaded integral outlet with removable strainer.

These T&C medium-duty polypropylene sinks are molded only in Europe’s hottest laboratory and industrial color – beige/ gray (putty color with slight green tint). T&C also offers heavy-duty solid epoxy sinks in black and other colors (ask for these sheets). Matching beige/gray (putty color with slight green tint) cup sinks are also available.
T*C medium-duty sinks do not require a sink strainer assembly, because these sinks already have a threaded outlet attached. Matching removable strainers are standard. Plugs are available, at a slight additional cost. Standard sink accessories are also available, at additional cost (e.g. matching overflow pipes, tailpieces, traps, ect.). Medium duty sinks come with flat finished rims, with tapered beveled edges, on top of the sinks. Drain boards (countertops), backsplashes, legs, ect. available at extra cost. Small quantities are generally in stock in US or Europe, for relatively quick deliveries. However, larger orders can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. Always check with T&C for availability.
