Transducers: Torque related categories

LXT 910/912 - Miniature Torque Cell
The models LXT 910 and LXT 912 Miniature Reaction Torque Transducers are engineered for minimum size and an impressive 0.1% non-linearity. Four bonded strain gages are positioned on a special machined portion of the transducer to effectively measure even slight torque motion. These models operate and are calibrated in both directions. A modular, stainless steel construction and no moving parts, provide excellent durability under harsh industrial conditions.
LXT 930 - Reaction Torque Cell
The models LXT 930 Reaction Torque transducers are designed for installation between test pieces such as motors, switches, axles or shafts and their mounting plate. These models operate in both directions. Utilizing bonded strain gages and no moving parts, these models are maintenance free.
LXT 932 - Flange Torque Cell
The models LXT 932 Reaction Torque transducers are designed for installation between test pieces such as motors, switches, axles or shafts and their mounting plate. These models operate in both directions. Utilizing bonded strain gages and no moving parts, these models are maintenance free.
LXT 950 - Rotating Torque Cell
The LXT 950 is a slip ring rotating transducer which provides accurate measurements of bolt or nut wrenching torques. This transducer is tightening and break-away torques can be measured. Calibration of mechanical torque wrenches may be performed with this transducer.
LXT 963 - Rotating Torque Load Cell
The LXT963 is designed to measure rotating drive torque using a conventional shaft-to-shaft configuration. This design incorporates a slip ring assembly which transmits excitation voltage to, and output signals from, the rotating sensor. If purchased with the DPI 2000, a personality module may be purchased for quick interfacing to that meter. Available as optional features are speed, angle encoder, and foot mount.
LXT 970 Series Rotating Torque Load Cell- Square Drives- Male/Female
The LXT 970 torque transducer operates on the principle of magnetoelasticity. The sensors output signal is caused by a change in the magnetic field created by an applied torque on the sensor′s shaft. Non-contact detectors, in close proximity to the shaft, detect changes in the magnetic field and provide an electrical signal proportional to the torque. The electronics in the sensor provide signal conditioning suitable for use in industrial and process applications. The zero output is 2.5v. The output span can range from lOmv/v to 2.5v in either direction.
LXT 971 Series Rotating Torque Load Cell- Shaft to Shaft
The LXT 971 torque transducer operates on the principle of magnetoelasticity.
