Miniature gas pressure reducing; gas flow control; back-pressure control. Mechanical & Electronic.
SV74 2-way, Normally Closed Dri-Solenoid Valves
2-Way Solenoid Valves
Port Size: 10-32, 1/4-28, 1/4-28, 1/8 NPT
Pressure: VAC-30 (2 bar)
Configuration: Normally Closed

SV96 High Temp. Solenoid Valves
2-Way Solenoid Valves
Port Sizes: 1/8” to 1/4”NPT
Pressure: 0-1000 PSIG
Configuration: Normally Closed

The SV-96 are poppet type valves with Heli-arc welded, stainless steel construction. This provides a superior external hermetic seal. The valves provide bubble-tight shutoff for use in gas and liquid service. For water and gas applications, the SV-96 employs an elastomeric seal disc. For cryogenic gas and liquid service

Application:
The SV-96 is used to handle high temperature fluids in chemical processing, instrumentation and sampling applications. This series is especially applicable to ′′welded in place′′ applications, as well as those where potential leak points need to be minimized.

Operation:
The SV-96 are 2-way, normally closed solenoid valves, energized to open and failsafe closed. They are direct acting poppet-type which require no minimum operating pressure, and are capable of handling temperatures ranging from -320°F to +250°F. Placement of the coil away from the body allows solenoid generated heat to be dissipated away from the fluid being handled. The valves are capable of vacuum service (please consult factory on such applications). Valves mount easily with two screws through mounting holes on standard, L-shaped brackets.

Electrical:
SV-96 valves have continuous duty epoxy molded coils with 10′′ Teflon leads per UL Class H. General purpose electrical housings with either pigtail lead wire exit, or 1/2′′ conduit hub are standard. Nema type 7, Class 1, Division 2, Group C & D, and Class 2, Group E F & G, Explosion Proof Housing is available upon request.

Features:

  • Direct Acting, Poppet Type Construction
  • All-Welded Stainless Steel Body Assembly
  • Bubble-Tight Shut Off
  • No Minimum Operating Pressure
  • Six Types of Fluid Connections
  • Nema 7 Exp. Proof Coil Housing Available
SV62 Multi-Purpose Solenoid Valve
2-Way Solenoid Valves
Port Size: 1/4′′ NPT
Pressure: 0-470 PSIG
Configuration: Normally Closed

Valcor scientific, a division of Valcor engineering, has designed and engineered rugged, reliable solenoid operated valves for more than 50 years.
the SV62 model was specifically engineered for long and reliable general industrial service with non-corrosive liquids, gases and vapors.

The SV62 series are direct acting, two-way, normally closed poppet solenoid valves. when de-energized, the plunger is held down on the valve seat by means of a spring load. when energized, the plunger is lifted from the seat, allowing the media to flow through the valve.
Ruggedly built for long life and reliable service, the SV62 series requires no minimum pressure for operation.
The SV62 series is available in three orifice sizes.

SV83 3-way Direct Acting Solenoid Valves
3-Way direct Acting Solenoid Valve
Port Sizes: 1/8′′ or 1/4 ′′ NPT
Pressure: 0-200 PSIG
Configuration:
SV833 • Normally Closed
SV834 • Normally Open
SV836 • Universal

These compact 3-way directing acting solenoid valves are available in normally closed, normally open and universal operating modes. They are available with 1/8′′ or 1/4 ′′ NPT pipe connections. This design allows coil replacement without disturbing fluid connections. Valves can be panel mounted to isolate coil connections within an enclosure while fluid connections are located outside. Valcor′s SV560 Solenoid Operated, Piston Design Dispensing/Metering Pump
For more than 20 years, Valcor Scientific, a Division of Valcor Engineering Corporation has designed and provided solenoid operated pumps. The SV560 Series pumps are rugged, reliable precision devices, capable of operating through several million cycles without the need of maintenance.
Recommended for a wide range of liquid dispensing applications, the SV560 Series offers distinct advantages over other pumps in terms of durability, cost, size and accuracy.
The SV560 pump provides an output range, graduating from 50 to 350 micro liters per dispense.
The SV560 is a piston-pump activated by the electrical energization of a solenoid coil. As the coil is energized and de-energized, a piston moves up and down to dispense liquids.
Wetted parts are stainless steel and elastomeric seals, making the SV560 suitable for most non-corrosive liquids.
The volume of liquid dispensed per piston stroke depends on the stroke length, which is easily adjustable. To dispense at a specific flow rate, the solenoid coil is energized at an appropriate cycle rate.
SV61 Multi-Purpose Solenoid Valve
2-Way Solenoid Valves
Port Size: 1/4′′ NPT
Pressure: 0-250 PSIG
Configuration: Normally Closed

Valcor Scientific, a Division of Valcor Engineering, has designed and engineered rugged, reliable solenoid operated valves for more than 40 years.

The SV61 Model was specifically engineered for long and reliable general industrial service with non-corrosive liquids, gases and vapors.

The SV61 Series are direct acting, two-way, normally closed poppet solenoid valves. When de-energized, the plunger is held down on the valve seat by means of a spring load. When energized, the plunger is lifted from the seat, allowing the media to flow through the valve.

Ruggedly built for long life and reliable service, the SV61 Series requires no minimum pressure for operation.

The SV61 Series is available in three orifice sizes.

SV51 High Purity Solenoid Valves
2-Way, Normally Closed Model: SV51 Polypropylene
Port Size: 1/4′′ NPT
Pressure: Up to 130 PSIG
Configuration: Normally Closed

Valcor Scientific, a Division of Valcor Engineering, has designed and engineered rugged, reliable solenoid operated valves for more than 50 years.

TheSV51 Teflon Series was specifically designed to handle a wide range of fluids that are destructive to metals or plastic components.

The SV51 Series are direct acting, two-way, normally closed direct acting diaphragm solenoid valves, utilizing Valcor′s Dri-Solenoid™ design, in which a flexible diaphragm is used to isolate the valve′s metallic parts from the fluid being handled.

The use of a TFE Teflon® body, and Teflon® diaphragm provides compatability with a wide range of fluids as well as bubble-tight shutoff. The use of a right angle body provides greater flow for a given orifice size than comparable globe ported valves.

TheSV51 Series is available in four orifice sizes.

SV20-1 Subminiature Teflon® Solenoid Valve
2-Way, Normally Closed Solenoid Valve
Port Connection: 1/4-28 flat bottom
Pressure: Up to 30 PSIG
Configuration: Normally Closed

Valcor Scientific, a Division of Valcor Engineering, has designed and engineered rugged, reliable solenoid operated valves for more than 40 years.
The SV20-1 Series were specifically engineered to handle corrosive or high purity fluids by isolating all metal components from the media.
The SV20-1 Series are direct acting, two-way, normally closed diaphragm solenoid valves. These valves are designed to handle corrosive or high purity fluids by isolating all metal components from the media.
Compact in size, the SV20-1 Series features small internal volume, which allows them to be used for reagent dispensing, sample extraction and controlling of wash or buffer solutions, etc.
The use of an all TFE Teflon® body and diaphragm provides outstanding chemical resistance and compatibility to a wide range of fluids.
