200°C (392°F) FEP Teflon® Insulated Lead Wire 300 Volt
FEP Teflon 300 Volt insulated lead wire offer a wide service temperature range. This product is suited for internal wiring of appliances and similar heat producing equipment. In addition, the tag may also indicate the following: Suitable for immersion; gasoline vapor; 80°C in oil; and/or 600V peak for electronic use only. Certifying Agency Approval, which includes UL and CSA, is included and provided on the reels tags etc.

Thermal Wire and Cable′s FEP Teflon 300V Teflon insulated conductors produce very little smoke when burned and are chemically inert to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents. As a primary insulation FEP couples superior dielectric properties, heat resistance and durability. Its flexible nature and small diameter profile provides for easy, economical installations. Fully pigmented insulation in bright colors aids in positive identification. Tin electro-plated copper strands are available as the standard conductor. Compared with other high temperature cables that are augmented with a braid, Thermal wire and cable FEP lead wires leave behind no fiberglass chards and contaminating residue.

Thermal Wire and Cable′s FEP Teflon 300V Teflon insulated lead wire slide rather tear, yet its abrasion resistance helps eliminate cut-through and other damage that can occur during installation and use.

Thermal Wire and Cable′s FEP Teflon 300V lead wires are 20% smaller in diameter than braided cables allowing more circuits per conduit.

Available in 30 AWG -10 AWG. 600 Volt also available (SDT 200 600V). Certain colors may require minimum orders. Larger sizes available please consult sales department. Teflon is a registered trademark of the Du Pont Corporation.

Conductor options : Standard conductor material is tin-plated copper #18 and larger. Solid or stranded Grade A (Nickel 200), Topcoat, Prebond, or other conductor options available.

200°C (392°F) SDT-200 Smallest Diameter Lead Wire 300V Tefzel 750® Insulated
Thermal Wire and Cable′s SDT-200 small diameter lead wire offer a wide service temperature range of -65°C to +200°C. SDT-200 lead wires are Tefzel 750® insulated conductors are 30% smaller in diameter than silicone rubber cables allowing installation in tight places. Also Thermal Wire and Cable′s SDT-200 lead wires cost less than conventional PTFE insulated wires. The cost per 1000 ft. is less and scrap is reduced do to long continuous lengths.

SDT-200 Tefzel 750® lead wire produces very little smoke when burned, is chemically inert to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents. As a primary insulation, Tefzel 750® couples superior dielectric properties, is abrasion resistant, heat resistant and its durability is second to none. Its flexible nature and small diameter profile provides for easy, economical installations. Fully pigmented insulation in bright colors aids in positive identification.

Compared with other high temperature cables that are augmented with a braid, Thermal Wire and Cable SDT-200 insulated lead wire will slide rather than tear, yet its abrasion resistance helps eliminate cut-through and other damage that can occur during installation and use. SDT-200 leaves behind no residual glass chards to contaminate the surrounding area.

Thermal Wire and Cable′s SDT-200 lead wires are 20% smaller in diameter than braided cables allowing more circuits per conduit.
