We are proud to offer unique Vibratory feeding solutions to meet your material handling needs. Standard lengths range from 18” to 60”. Our linear vibratory drives can be used for high speed part specific tooling or large bulk transfer with part or scrap sorting applications. Our rugged construction along with stress relieving key drive components guarantees extended reliability. All of our versatile vibratory feeding products are sized and configured to suit your specific requirements.

Drives are available in Heavy Duty or Light Duty configurations.

Space Saver- Bi-Directional Belt Feeder with Elevating Belt Storage Hopper
This newly designed BI-Directional Belt Feeder is unique in today’s parts feeding market, designed to compete with vibratory bowl feeders. Our spacing saving Belt Feeder meets the high production rates that parts feeding demands. Featuring gentle product handling with half the noise of a bowl feeder, and reducing overall plant floor space. With our integral storage bin area, the need for additional bulk storage area is eliminated.

The operator loads the product into the integral storage bin. Parts are conveyed on an inclined cleated conveyor, transferring parts onto a horizontal orientor conveyor, traveling in opposite direction. Parts transfer along tooling wall, mis-oriented parts are guided off orientor tooling, falling back into product storage area for part recirculation. Correctly oriented parts pass through orientor tooling discharging off the end of orientor.
