 | 2110 Monitoring System The 2110 Monitoring System can monitor up to 248 individual channels of vibration, axial position, thermocouple temperature, RTD temperature, pressure, speed, eccentricity, differential expansion, case expansion, thrust, valve position, megawatt level or other process variables which can be supplied to the 2110 in the form of an electrical signal. The 2110 displays the level of each channel individually on a bargraph display along with the alarm and trip setpoint levels, and alarm, trip and transducer status for each input, showing the condition of all your machines and at one central location. The Control Module/Power Supply provides the appropriate DC voltages to the 2110 and all transducers in the system. It allows you to individually interrogate each channel, and access each transducer signal in the system. The DC analog outputs and relay modules allow the 2110 to communicate with external devices, such as Programmable Logic Controllers, Distributed Control Systems, Relays and Motor Starters. This then allows for annunciation and equipment shutdown. |
 | 4 Channel Model 7058 Vibration Monitor Four channels of digitally accurate vibration protection with a single versatile instrument The 7058 4-Channel Vibration Monitor measures the vibration level of two to four points on rotating equipment located up to 1,000 feet from your central control room, ideally suited for monitoring multiple points on large equipment like turbines and multi-stage pumps. The 7058 can also monitor a single point on four individual pieces of equipment. Can be configured to: (1) accept signals from acceleration transducers, velocity transducers or noncontact probes; (2) condition signals to monitor in acceleration (g′s), velocity (in/sec) or displacement (mils); and (3) low-pass, bandpass and high-pass filters for each channel to allow you to monitor for a particular problem or to remove unwanted signals generated by nearby machines.
A single analog meter allows you to view the vibration level, alarm setpoint and trip setpoint for each channel and can be set to atomatically display the highest vibration level of the four channels. Front panel Light Emitting Diodes (LED′s) give immediate indication when alarm and trip setpoints have been exceeded or when power or a transducer signal has been lost. AC and DC signal outputs and multiple relays allow for connection to external devices for alarm or, if required, automatic shutdown.
