Plasma Cutting & Profiling Services Trifab offers high-definition plasma cutting and profiling services for sheet metal products made from steel, stainless steel and galvanized steel. Our high speed plasma cutting process can cut material up to ¾” thick and 6’ x15’. By applying localized heat, plasma cutting minimizes thermal distortions that would require secondary machining.
With the use of CAD drawings, the plasma cutting software provides an efficient and accurate method of cutting complex shapes and angles. For customers without CAD files, Trifab engineers will work with product designs and create the 3D CAD drawings.
