Problem: A local distributor of Safety products for Firefighters and Emergency Personnel wanted a small distribution unit for connection to the emergency generators for powering their “tent city”. It must be rugged, rain proof and easily transportable. GFCI and circuit breaker protection were a must in the very wet environment.
Solution: Ericson designed a mini distribution unit for our friends at US Safety Gear while meeting all his requirements. The use of our Perma-Tite2 plugs and connectors as well as our FS flip covers ensured a dry and safe electrical source. The add-on rubber feet helped stabilize the units under all conditions.
