CNC Milling New CNC equipment and upgrades are continually being added to Astro Manufacturing & Design expanding CNC Milling department. We have over 22 machining centers, that can produce parts with dimensions as large as 30′′ x 84′′ x 20′′ high.
To produce high volume, precision parts with a single set-up, most of our high tech machining centers are equipped with a fourth axis turntable. This creative fixturing is also used with air actuated clamping systems to speed part load and unload and reduce the number of set-ups on many production jobs.
Boring Mills Astro Manufacturing, Inc. has the in-house resources to handle all of your large machining requirements. Our extensive collection of state-of-the-art machinery and experienced, highly skilled machinists allows us to provide you with superior service and precision parts.
Our boring mill department has several horizontal boring mills that can easily handle parts requiring a work envelope as large as 60′′ x 80′′ x 120′′. Using this machinery, our highly skilled machinists can quickly and accurately machine your parts to meet your unique specifications.
