Taylor Valve Technology Bronze Safety Relief Valves
Setting new standards for performance and economy in low-pressure, high-volume applications.

The 211S, 632 and 211 Series Bronze Safety Relief Valves from Taylor Valve Technology, Inc. raise the standard for reliability and value with features like the industry′s highest capacity for liquid and maintenance costs so low they shatter all previous industry expectations. No other bronze safety relief valve offers Taylor′s unique changeable nozzle and disc that enable a user to switch from a Brass to a stainless steel inlet - without buying a new valve! Combine these advantages with standard features like superior 17-7 stainless steel springs and a revolutionary disc and seat design that provides a bubble-tight seal every time, and you begin to see why Taylor Bronze Safety Relief Valves have set new industry standards for economy and performance.

Steam, Liquid and More
Whether you specify a 211S Series model for steam, 632 Series for liquid, 211 Series for air, gas and vapor, there′s a Taylor Bronze Safety Relief Valve that′s ideal for your ASME Section I or VIII Code application. A unique dual- ring design ensures easy adjustment for precise opening action and short blowdown. Every valve is also fully inspected and tested at the factory to verify set point, blowdown and freedom from seat leakage. Available in lift-lever and soft-seat designs, all models are rated for 250 psig maximum set pressure at 406 degrees F maximum set temperature. Concerned about record keeping? No other valve company matches the complete traceability of parts that results from Taylor′s unique manufacturing serialization Program.

Simple design results in lowest maintenance cost in the industry.

High-quality 17-7 stainless steel springs are standard.

Quick-change nozzle facilitates switching from a brass inlet to a stainless inlet without valve replacement.
  • 250 PSIG maximum set pressure.
  • 406 ºF. maximum temperature.
Taylor Valve 140-LCD
An industry leader in the design and manufacturing of fluid control and measurement devices, Taylor Valve Technology control products are engineered and manufactured to the highest standards of precision to deliver a greater level of measurement accuracy with a minimum of moving parts.
For a more environmentally responsible design and more accurate results, you can always count on Taylor technology.

Taylor Model 140-LCD

A head pressure type level indicator, the Model 140-LCD continuously indicates liquid level in an atmospheric (vented) vessel- The Model 140 is a significant upgrade over other products on the market, helping to ensure longer service life and reduced maintenance requirements while increasing the accuracy of measurement.
The Model 140 utilizes a precision crafted diaphragm as the sensing element. Its superior design isolates the mechanical working parts in the unit from liquid inside the vessel.

High-performance, Taylor-made features:
  • Easy To Adjust - The unit features external Zero Adjust and Span Adjust knobs that can be field adjusted in less than 15 minutes without changing the vessel′s liquid level or disassembly of the gauge.
  • Easy To Read - Scale reads the same as a hand tank gauge; no need to convert PSI of head pressure into feet and inches of water to get the correct reading.
  • Corrosion Resistant - 100% of all internal and external parts are constructed of corrosion-resistant materials.
  • No Spills - Unit equipped with two diaphragms. If the primary diaphragm fails, the sight glass indicator will tell the operator of the failure, while the secondary diaphragm will continue to display the correct gauge reading.

SizeMaster™ Mark IV Pressure Relief Valve Engineering Software Version 4.3
Now you can accurately size and select a pressure relief valve for any combination of process applications with SizeMaster™ Mark IV pressure relief valve engineering software version 4.3. This program for Windows® (all versions) brings unprecedented integration of standard engineering practice to the task of sizing and selecting pressure relief valves.

With SizeMaster Mark IV software, you can define as few as one or as many as 64 different sizing scenarios including blocked flow, fire, thermal and tube rupture, from a scenario matrix grid. Selection of the pressure relief valve is automatically based on the relief area of the worst case scenario. Various Wizards make the most complicated task simple; for instance, the Capacity Wizard allows you to determine accurate vapor generation for vessels of all types.
