Ball Bearings VNC single row, deep groove ball bearings are rigid, non-separable radial bearings assembled without the aid of a filling slot. These bearings have deep uninterrupted raceways which allow them to accept both radial and axial loads.
VNC single row, deep groove ball bearings are designed to accept light to moderate radial loads but will tolerate relatively heavy thrust loads from either direction or combined radial and thrust loads. These bearings offer superior speed ratings versus other types of bearings and are the most popular bearing type.
Single row, deep groove ball bearings have a very limited ability to handle misalignment. Misalignment will subject the bearing to additional forces that will substantially shorten the service life and produced increased running noise.
VNC single row, deep groove ball bearings are available in a wide variety of basic designs as standard. The most common designs are open, shielded and sealed. Shielded and sealed bearings are supplied with high quality bearing grease, lubricated at the factory. VNC single row deep groove ball bearings are normally supplied with a pressed steel cage.
