We view each new job as an investment and will schedule the resources to assure the part is produced to specification each time. Special fixtures & gaging are developed as needed for difficult to produce or hard to measure components.
Value Added Assembly Planet has over 50 years experience building complex machines and assemblies. We are able to evaluate customer designs and suggest an efficient method of assembly and part fitment. Our value added processes include mechanical assembly and finishing to customer requirements.
Located in Cincinnati, our central location puts many subcontractors for heat treating, grinding and plating only minutes away from our facility. Planet can stock finished or semi-finished assemblies and components to which keeps customer inventories low, and allows quick response to order changes. You may find that using a complete outsource supplier will free up capacity for more high value operations, as well as a reduction in inventory carrying costs.
