Self Priming Pumps Crown Pump combine rugged reliability with top performance
Efficient BEPs to 80% require less horsepower and reduced energy usage for operating cost savings
Model for model, the most efficient solution to your self-priming pump needs
Proven Performers Hydraulic design features open 2-vane type impeller delivering capacities to 4400 GPM and heads to 184 ft. while handling spherical solids to 3′′
Universal Drive 1-1/2′′, 2 & 3′′ An economical pump for circulation or transfer service, 1 1/2′′, 2′′ and 3′′ industrial pumps are available in class 30 cast iron or 316 stainless steel construction. The cast iron models offer abrasive wear-resistance due to erosion, and maximum strength for heavy- duty applications. The stainless steel units are ideally suited for corrosive liquid applications, making them the cost-effective choice for moving liquids rated from 4 to 14 on the pH scale. These pumps are suitable for engine, electric motor or hydraulic drives, with capacities to 400 GPM and with total dynamic heads to 184 ft.
Universal Drive 3′′, 4′′, 6′′ These industrial self-priming pumps are constructed of rugged class 30 case iron and designed for the most demanding applications. The dynamic flow relationship between the volute and the 5- vane type impeller provides the high volumetric and hydraulic efficiencies unattainable with other self-priming pump designs. 3′′, 4′′ and 6′′ pumps exhibit minimal wear in a wide variety of industrial applications, adding to overall product reliability and everyday savings on operation. These dependable industrial pumps offer capacities to 1875 GPM and heads to 156 ft.
JD Series Multi-Stage Split Case Pumps Weinman JD Series Horizontal Split Case pumps provide an economical choice for applications requiring high heads, such as boiler feed or booster service. Specially fitted pumps of select alloy are also available for specific applications. In contrast to most opposed impeller two-stage pumps, Weinman JD Series achieves true axial hydraulic balance for extended life of the thrust bearing. Bending load on the shaft and radial load on the bearings are minimized by positioning the cut-waters of the two volutes 180° apart. This assures balance of radial
thrust loads. Attention to design detail and precision craftsmanship combine to ensure that JD Series pumps cost less to buy, less to operate, and less to maintain. JD Series
pumps offer reliable service and low cost operation over a wide range of heads and capacities, including:
Discharge sizes from 1.5" (3.8 cm) to 3" (7.6 cm)
Heads to 800 ft (244 m)
Capacities to 600 gpm (136 m3/h)
Operating Pressures to 450 psig (31 bar)
End-Suction Centrifugal Pumps (3000 Series) Crane Deming Series 3000 end-suction centrifugal pump sets the industry standard for low maintenance, high performance, and rugged reliability. The ultra-dependable industrial pump is available in seven basic frames and in a complete range of 44 sizes, from 1′′ to 8′′ discharge.
Built for continuous operation in general industrial, OEM and HVAC service, the pumps come in frame-mounted and close-coupled designs using both JM and JP standard motor shaft dimensions.
The 3000 Series features a hydraulically balanced, computer-designed, enclosed and semi- enclosed impeller to ensure the highest hydraulic efficiency available in the pump industry. Maximum interchangeability of parts allows for reduced parts inventories. Other features include a rugged, one-piece casting for suction head and casing; back pull-out design for ease of maintenance; regreaseable bearings; and a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Industrial and HVAC users like 3000 Series end-suction pumps because they provide continuous service with essentially no maintenance. OEM users like them because of their reliability, low maintenance and compact design.
