Clamshell and Blister Packaging
Clamshell and blister packages are cost-effective ways to display a retail item that allow for a clear view of the product while also providing security and tamper resistance. From basic square and rectangular-shaped clamshells and blisters to complex customized designs, clear packaging has both a visual and an economic advantage.

Blisters can be made to seal to a back-card or to another blister and can be made with various types of key-holes for hanging displays. Clamshells are fold-over packages that can be permanently sealed or made to close and re-open for easy access to the product. Clamshells may be made with various enhancements, such as:
  • Built in “feet” or tri-fold hinges for stand-alone capability
  • Key holes for hanging on a peg display
  • Buttons for easy snap-shut capability
  • Undercuts to hold an informational back-card
Box Inserts and Retail Packaging
Box inserts are ideal for retail packaging where the product contains one or more parts to be displayed individually in the same container. Box inserts and retail packaging trays are used to protect and maintain the positioning of your products and to show them to their best advantage. Box inserts are used for a wide variety of products such as jewlery, cosmetics and hardware.

Applications include:
  • Tool sets
  • Make-up kits
  • Toys and games
  • Gift box items
  • Many other single or multiple item products where good visual presentation is a must
ESD Packaging
Electro-static dissipative (ESD) packaging is used in the electronics, telecommunications and medical industries to protect printed circuit boards and other electronic components from static transfer.

ESD material can be either internally and/or externally modified. PVC is most often used in ESD packaging but PET and HIPS are alternative materials. Colors can range from clear to opaque and in many color-matched variations.
