Elevator Bulk Handling
Advanced Automation Solutions unique Elevating Storage Feeders provide a continuous flow of parts at various heights to supply numerous processing systems. All of our storage feeders are sized and configured to meet your specific application. With our large selection of standard bin sizes and versatile drive options any production rate or storage capacity can be combined. Standard bin sizes range from 1 to 30 cubic feet. Optional bin linings and bin covers can assist in noise reduction. Choices of cleated belt, chain or magnetic elevators are available in widths ranging from 4.50” to 18.00”.

Vibratory Drives
We are proud to offer unique Vibratory feeding solutions to meet your material handling needs. Standard lengths range from 18” to 60”. Our linear vibratory drives can be used for high speed part specific tooling or large bulk transfer with part or scrap sorting applications. Our rugged construction along with stress relieving key drive components guarantees extended reliability. All of our versatile vibratory feeding products are sized and configured to suit your specific requirements.

Drives are available in Heavy Duty or Light Duty configurations.

Bi-Directional Belt Feeders
Advanced Automation Solutions new Bi-Directional Belt Feeder series feeds a large variety of parts by the use of two belts traveling in opposite directions. The feeder is capable of producing high production rates with extremely gentle parts handling and minimal noise level. Our versatile belt feeders are sized and configured to suit your sepcific requirements. Belt Feeders can be furnished with rubber belt, plastic chain or steel chain with a wide variety of drive options.
