 | LXT 970 Series Rotating Torque Load Cell- Square Drives- Male/Female The LXT 970 torque transducer operates on the principle of magnetoelasticity. The sensors output signal is caused by a change in the magnetic field created by an applied torque on the sensor′s shaft. Non-contact detectors, in close proximity to the shaft, detect changes in the magnetic field and provide an electrical signal proportional to the torque. The electronics in the sensor provide signal conditioning suitable for use in industrial and process applications. The zero output is 2.5v. The output span can range from lOmv/v to 2.5v in either direction. |
 | LZBS 1020 - Fastener Force Transducer The LZBS 1020 is a miniature load cell developed to measure fastener clamping forces. This design provides high stiffness in a small envelope, making the LZBS 1020 ideal for static and dynamic measurements on fasteners, tie rods or similar structural test applications where space limitations exists. Washers are not supplied with higher capacity units. The washers are to be mounted on either side of the transducer to minimize transmitted rotation effect and spot loading. The top washer should be mounted with the chamfered side toward the bolt head, to provide clearance for any fillet at head and shaft interface. The applied force must be uniformly distributed across the loading surfaces of the transducer. |
 | PLC 105 - Low Cost Pressure Transducer The Model PLC 105 and PBW 2200 are low cost alternative pressure transducers offering good performance in high volume applications. Stainless steel construction provides durability to survive rugged environments. The PBW 2200 offers a 0-5 vdc or 4-20 ma amplified output while the PLC 105 has a nominal 2 mv/v output. These transducers are able to handle both liquid and gas pressure with safe overloads to 50% of capacity. |

Manufactured with a stainless steel diaphragm, the one piece design allows for a thin diaphragm but heavy sidewalls. This enables the transducer to be used in rugged environments while still being able to measure in low ranges. These transducers have a small electrical zero balance circuit board which is in the lead wire (approx. 1′′ x .087′′ thick). |
