 | CNC Punching Our state of the art numerically controlled (CNC) punching machine tools are invaluable in obtaining close tolerances with high repeatability.
“Secondary” operations for turret integrated bending, tapping, countersinking and part marking allows for delivering finished parts in one operation, reducing handling and part cost, and likewise increasing first-time quality.
We provide turret punching of small detailed parts as well as heavy gage, large fabrications. Our extensive tooling inventory allows us to keep tooling costs to our customers to a minimum, and it allows us to punch parts with fewer hits, resulting in increased cycle time and a smoother edge finish.
- 50” x 150” work area allows for punching of large parts

 | Metal Forming and Bending Our CNC brakes with capacity up to 137 tons, and extensive tooling inventory allow us to perform multiple bends in a single handling. This capability allows for delivering finished parts in one operation, reducing handling and part cost, and likewise increasing first time quality.
Our press brakes handle a variety of materials including, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass, for parts up to 122” in length. Large open height and ram stroke length allows us to form a wide variety of parts.
- High speed ram movement and accurate ram repeatability
- Windows based controls provide for transfer of tool setup data, bend sequences, and
- 3D simulation between control and network server
- Highly accurate 5 axis back-gauge reduces positioning time and simplifies the handling of complex parts

 | Painting, Plating, and Specialty Finishing As an added service to our customers, we will gladly provide finishing for parts requiring anodize (including hard coat), chromate, plating, paint (wet and powder), and silkscreening.
Anodizing is a specialty type of metal finishing that employs an electrolytic passivation process to increases the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of metal parts. Anodizing allows for better adhesion for paint primers, and increases corrosion and wear resistance over that of the base metal. Over an aluminum base metal, anodizing can also provide an attractive semi-transparent cosmetic finish that is available in a variety of colors including yellow, red, blue and black.
Marcres prepares each part meticulously for finishing assuring the best adhesion and cosmetic quality for a selection of specialty finishes. Our quality control system requires frequent in-process checks for surface finishing imperfections and blemishes to insure each part meets stringent customer cosmetic standards.
We offer silkscreening of your part numbers, logos, symbols or identification marks on parts. This allows for batch control or field identification of parts and products.
We will also take care of plating and custom or stock painting requirements. We are familiar with RoHS compliance regulations and will gladly provide certifications for this purpose.
