We offer zinc, zinc iron plating; yellow, clear, trivalent chromating on aluminum; cyanide and acid copper plating; dull and bright tin plating.
The parts to be rack plated are arranged on coated metal racks and fixed using screws, spring fingers, or wires according to their size, weight, and configuration. They are either plated completely or selectively by masking the areas that do not require plating

Parts that are small with excellent durability are ideal for barrel plating. They are placed in large barrels filled with electrolytic plating solutions and rotated to achieve uniform plating.
Our automated barrel plating lines are about 4/3/30 inches deep and hence can accommodate multiple parts of different sizes. They also have baking capabilities, which allow consecutive plating and baking of parts for hydrogen embrittlement relief. |
