The Rodon Group is an ISO 9001:2008 certified landfill-free plastic injection molder. In business since 1956, the Rodon Group makes billions of parts each year in its 125,000 square foot facility. From the beginning, Rodon capitalized on its core manufacturing strengths including mold design, mold building and high volume parts manufacturing. Rodon offers globally competitive prices and eliminates the risks of sourcing offshore. These strengths dictated Rodon's role as a high-volume molding specialist. With over 105 plastic injection molding presses, Rodon is one of the largest family-owned and operated injection molders in the United States. The Rodon Group serves a diverse group of industries including consumer products, medical, construction, pharmaceutical and toys.

Since 1992, Rodon has manufactured over 30 billion parts for the K'NEX building toy system, and is a subsidiary of K'NEX Brands, L.P. K'NEX and Rodon have been profiled on The History Channel's Modern Marvels, "Made in the USA" feature (which focused on companies making products in America) and are active members of the organization American Made Matters, whose mission is to educate consumers about buying US-made products to help strengthen the American Dream. In November, 2012, President Obama visited The Rodon Group to discuss support for American manufacturing companies, the jobs they create, and the working middle class. Both companies are third generation family businesses located in Hatfield, PA where they are proud to be a part of the local community while encouraging American entrepreneurship.

Rodon runs FDA-regulated products, uses resin sources certified by FDA, ROHS, REACH, and NSF; and is one of the first molding facilities in its area to have been designated as a "Landfill-Free Facility" by Specialty Waste Solutions, LLC. Rodon always capitalizes on utilization of emerging technologies such as computer aided part and mold designs and state of the art quality control at the press (including vision systems). Rodon's commitment is to a basic philosophy offering turnkey solutions, investments in the highest end equipment available and use of raw materials from the world's premier suppliers. All of these combined with a 99.8% level of accepted parts quality rating demonstrate Rodon's recipe for success. This philosophy has been translated as "Precision and Efficiency for Economy in Plastic Injection Molding".
