Hoses are fabricated according to NAHAD (NAHAD.org) hose assembly guidelines (HAG). Able to clean, pressure test, & certify that hose assemblies meet specifications, can crimp or internally expand up to 4 in. diameter industrial hose. Two water jet machines with CAD software for fabricating custom shapes & parts, cutting accurately & precisely every time. Services include VMI, kitting, Kanban, JIT, blanket ordering, as well as on-site hose & belt surveys.
Fittings: Hose InformationDistributor of standard & custom hose fittings including elbow fittings, coupling fittings, hose barb x female adapter fittings, tee fittings, male adapter fittings & union elbow fittings for high pressure applications. Elbows fittings measure 3/16 in. x 1/8 male pipe to 2 in. hose inner dia. x 2 male pipe & tees measure 1/4 x 1/4 to 3/4 x 3/4. Splicers & reducer connectors are also available. JIT delivery.
