Hoses are fabricated according to NAHAD (NAHAD.org) hose assembly guidelines (HAG). Able to clean, pressure test, & certify that hose assemblies meet specifications, can crimp or internally expand up to 4 in. diameter industrial hose. Two water jet machines with CAD software for fabricating custom shapes & parts, cutting accurately & precisely every time. Services include VMI, kitting, Kanban, JIT, blanket ordering, as well as on-site hose & belt surveys.
Fittings: Plastic InformationDistributor of standard & custom plastic pipe or tubing fittings including PVC nipple fittings, hex plug fittings, pipe cap fittings, hex nipples fittings, hex bushing fittings, elbow fittings & tee fittings. PVC nipple measure 1/2 in. diameter x 1 1/8 in. L to 2 in. diameter x 36 in. L. Coupling size are 1/8 in. to 2 in., male adapter with size 3/16 in. hose inner diameter x 1/8 in. MIP to 2 in. hose inner diameter x 2 in. MIP. Hex head plugs, hex nipples, reducer nipples & pipe caps also available. JIT delivery.
