Okuma’s MU-6300V is capable of high-quality finishing and heavy-duty cutting at high speeds due to its rigid design and structure, which helps better move workpieces during operation, according to the company. The machine tool follows Okuma’s proprietary Thermo-Friendly structure principles, which help offset thermal growth by minimizing heat generation and compensating for thermal deformation.
With a 24.80-in trunnion table and a 22-hp spindle motor, the MU-6300V is capable of simultaneous machining at high speeds.
