Loose fill bagger system includes two filling heads, each bag weights between 3 & 10, the system comes complete with a surge bin for raw material supply & product is compressed slightly by the bagging process. Cuber sealers include operation with proportional valve (ram & press), touch screen operator interface, PC base control system, bag placer for centralized control that can be linked to heat sealer & 300 to 400 bags per hour. Ribbon sealer received the filled poly bag, senses the open end, then stops, truck the open end & heat seals the bag with a linear ribbon seal. Heat sealer receives the filled polybag, senses the open end, then stops, folds the open end & heat seals the bag with a face seal.
